We explored the impact of dietary fiber on influenza infections using a controlled study with mice. Surprisingly, instead of hindering protective immunity, a high-fiber diet improved survival rates.

Mice on this diet showed changes in their immune response by increasing certain immune cells, which helped limit harmful inflammation. Additionally, short-chain fatty acids from the fiber also boosted vital T cell functions.

All these factors worked together to balance immune responses, aiding recovery from the flu while preventing excessive damage to tissues.

We explored the effects of fungal beta-glucans, a type of dietary fiber, on our health through a systematic review of randomized controlled trials. These polysaccharides can enhance immune function, potentially reducing the risk of colds, flu, and other infections. While many participants reported feelings of improved mood and overall wellbeing, the evidence regarding immune response varied significantly. Importantly, these supplements were well-tolerated, and no adverse effects were noted. Further research is essential to confirm these benefits and discover the best dosages.

Vitamins improve immunity

Essential vitamin – I only order all my vitamins from here. I took this product upon recommendations and previously bought pure vitamins, but this one has a superior composition. From the start of winter until spring, this vitamin is a staple in our family. The winter season does affect our health, causing flu and runny noses.

Garlic is not a substitute for anything in winter. I take garlic capsules each day, and no colds or viruses bother me. I've stopped getting flu, and I don’t even have a runny nose. There’s also no smell of garlic.

OLIVE LEAF SAVED MY LIFE! I had two types of staph in my system and endured constant antibiotics, unable to sleep. I researched botanical remedies and finally tried Olive Leaf for its active component, oleuropein. This worked wonders! I haven’t had staph in four years, and it has helped others with recurrent colds, flu, and bronchitis. I take it daily for maintenance and have had remarkable results in fighting infections, even reversing ulcers!

I have suffered from atopic dermatitis for years. Despite steroid creams, the itching and redness persisted. I then learned about Niacin Flash Free, which helps break down histamine, a trigger for atopic dermatitis. I feel slight itches occasionally, but they're manageable. After taking one tablet twice daily for about a month, my symptoms have markedly improved, leading to greater confidence in wearing black clothes. I believe Niacin Flash Free effectively reduces my atopic dermatitis symptoms.

Erosion healing observed

During my husband's gastroscopy, three erosions and one ulcer were discovered in the duodenum. The doctor recommended this supplement, and he began taking it alongside aloe vera, vitamin A, and zinc. After two weeks, he had a follow-up gastroscopy and there was no trace of erosion; the ulcer had healed. Slippery elm is of excellent quality! I highly recommend it. It is also ideal for bile reflux into the esophagus, as it protects and heals the mucous membranes of the digestive tract when paired with a healthy diet.

Unbelievable product in terms of both results and value for money! I struggled with swallowing tablets and initially took vitamin C capsules; however, the results were not the same. I shared the tablets with friends who had flu, and within 24 hours they felt better. When I caught the flu this week and took the capsules, I noticed no improvement. Today, I managed to swallow the Now Foods tablets, and I am already feeling almost back to normal. This product is fabulous! I'm so glad to have experienced such positive results.

WORKS!!! Every year from November to March-April, my family and I take this product. I’m pleasantly surprised that as soon as we start taking it, no one has a runny nose or cough, and the flu seems to avoid us. In November, I give everyone 1x2 pills per day, and from December, I take 2x2 pills daily!

Vitamin C is well-known for benefiting skin and overall health. I use it daily with food and since incorporating it, I haven't had the seasonal flu for two years. Additionally, my skin looks clearer. Many doctors on Twitter recommend it as the best vitamin for public health, containing 1000 mg per dose, and I have been using two doses of it.

I liked these vitamins; the taste was cherry with a slight sourness. I took one as soon as I felt I was getting sick—one tablet every two hours, no more than six a day. It's better not to take them on an empty stomach as they can cause nausea. Overall, I liked the drug and recovered in a few days. I also took other vitamins, but I think zinc is beneficial.

Excellent vitamins for cold season. I took them for possible flu symptoms at school and work. Following my doctor's advice, I took 2 capsules on the first day of symptoms and then 1 capsule daily for a week or 10 days. I didn't notice any side effects. All is well!
