Garlic is particularly beneficial now, mainly due to allicin which supports immunity. The pills have no garlic breath, and unlike natural garlic, they've not caused me heartburn. I've consumed half a jar daily without issues. This company is reliable in quality.

Magnesium Citrate gives me heartburn. I find it annoying, and I've stopped using it, as it shouldn't be consumed if it causes such discomfort.
