With atopic dermatitis, I find the ideal formula is to take D3 and Omega-3 at breakfast, Vitamin A afterwards, and Vitamin E later. For hypothyroidism, Vitamin A acts as a cofactor for iodine. Given its price and quality, Vitamin A is exceptional.
I switched to a simpler iodine with vitamin K and appreciate the capsule size, which is easy to swallow. The vegetable iodine dosage is high, but not fully absorbed due to my hypothyroidism. My endocrinologist approved its use, and I take it alongside selenium for better absorption. After three months, I feel increased energy and recommend it.
