Remarkably soothes. The action of calcium is difficult to assess, but magnesium acts soothingly. After half an hour of taking it, I begin to drift into a dream, despite my insomnia. I take it after lunch and half an hour before bed, leading to good sleep. I highly recommend it!

Excellent magnesium for sound sleep. I purchased this magnesium to help with my insomnia. After taking one capsule before bed, I managed to sleep peacefully without waking during the night. It didn't have a laxative effect, which I appreciated. I’m still exploring other magnesium options, but I'll certainly return to this one if I don't find a superior alternative.

A futile purchase for me. L-theanine creates strong and unnecessary excitation in my nervous system, resulting in insomnia, regardless of my dosage attempts.

I avoid eating much meat or eggs, making B12 supplementation crucial. I previously tried another brand that effectively alleviated my insomnia, but this one has huge tablets that take a long time to dissolve, and my insomnia has worsened since switching. It didn’t work for me.
