The results of the lipidogram worsened after trying Omega from various manufacturers, including a more economical option from Ayherba. I have purchased Omega for my mother, who has had a stroke for 14 years. We aimed to see if removing statins would improve her lipidogram. Despite a good EPA/DHA ratio across different manufacturers, this omega led to poorer results. Although triglycerides showed slight improvement, other lipid levels, particularly the good cholesterol (HDL), significantly declined. I won't purchase this omega again as it did not meet expectations, especially compared to more affordable alternatives.

Fully active folate lowers homocysteine levels! It's vital for women and the elderly to monitor homocysteine. For those planning pregnancy, it should ideally be under 7. I’ve seen my levels drop from 10 to 7 in 1.5 months, and my mother’s levels decreased from 15—an alarming figure linked to stroke risk. Now we're both taking folate. Please take care of your loved ones!
