Unfortunately, this product worsened my tinnitus. Each time I attempted to use it, my symptoms intensified. After three trials, I can confidently say it exacerbated my condition. However, I continue to appreciate other products from Doctor's Best and the service from iHerb, which I've used for eight years.

Due to long-term tinnitus caused by immune diseases, I found that my condition has greatly improved after taking this, and I rarely experience dizziness now!

I began taking this to prevent sudden hearing loss, but even after using it three times daily, the ringing in my ears persisted. I switched to Thorne's methylcobalamin, and my tinnitus and other issues resolved completely. This product did not suit me.
