I purchased this probiotic to boost my immunity and address my intestinal issues. It’s a female probiotic with 50 billion CFUs, so one capsule daily suffices. After 12 days, my thrush vanished. Within a week, my bloating ceased. My long-standing problem with irregular bowel movements has also been resolved.
