We observed an interesting case of a 32-year-old woman suffering from migraines triggered exclusively by a combination of garlic and onion aromas. She experienced severe symptoms, including visual disturbances and extreme headaches, following exposure to these scents.

Through various tests, we confirmed her sensitivity to these aromas and explored potential treatments. Notably, using peppermint and nose plugs effectively prevented her headaches and associated symptoms.

This case highlights the unique connection between migraine triggers and sensory responses, suggesting counter-stimulation might be a valuable preventive strategy.

Great migraine relief
Excellent! I adore it; it's one of the best essential oils. The mint scent is relaxing and refreshing. My advice for those with migraines is to apply a drop on each side of the head, behind the neck, and behind the ears. It significantly alleviates pain without needing painkillers, but be careful to avoid contact with the eyes.

The smell is great. After using it for a while, I found tremendous relief from migraines and regular headaches. I apply it to my forehead and wait a short time to forget the headache; if it recurs, I repeat the process. It can also be added to my hair oil mask.

Essential for migraines

This is a must-have product around the house. I use it for migraines by inhaling it or mixing it with other oils and applying it to my forehead and neck. It's refreshing when added to my bath and promotes hair growth as well. If you don't have it yet, I recommend getting it due to its good price and brand quality.

Just what the doctor ordered! It works well even on migraine headaches, though caution is essential to keep it away from the eyes.
