Easy to take with no need for refrigeration. Initially, I tried elderberry syrup for overall immune support, but I’ve noticed a significant easing of my morning allergies as my immune system improves against seasonal allergens. The flavour resembles berry medicine for children. It’s in a small glass container with a dropper, conveniently kept by my desk for daily use. Two thumbs up!

Just buy it; it really works! I hesitated to review until we finished the bottle. I was concerned about the duration, but it lasted much longer than expected since both my fiancé and I used it. This has alleviated our seasonal allergies and asthma, and on days we felt unwell, a dose had us feeling better quickly. The taste is acceptable, but my fiancé prefers water afterward. We're continuing its use!
