Supports bone strength
Really amazing. Honestly, it is a great supplement that provides a significant amount of calcium and magnesium without causing any digestive issues. However, the drawback is that the pill size is large, requiring two pills for a complete dose, which makes swallowing difficult and almost induces vomiting. To manage this, I take them before meals, allowing me to eat afterwards and avoid the discomfort. Despite this, it's my favourite product as I was suffering from weak bones, and thankfully I was cured.

Work complex. The quality ingredients in this supplement are excellent for enhancing joints and bones in ageing individuals with calcium deficiency. The packaging tastes good. This isn’t the first time I’ve purchased from this brand. One calcium tablet per dose effectively alleviates the sore throat after using this complex, proving to be very beneficial. I highly recommend this manufacturer as the composition also contains phosphorus, which is often lacking.
