Colitis, Crohn's, antibiotics...no more fear! When a product deserves a review, I gladly take 15 minutes out of my day to write one; this one is worth 50 reviews. Back in June, I was prescribed Flagyl and Cipro, strong antibiotics known to cause Clostridium difficile, leading to severe diarrhoea. This resulted from too many antibiotics combined with my chronic Crohn's disease, which involves ongoing diarrhoea linked to my limited intestine health. After switching to Flagyl alone in August, I struggled with escalating pain and bowel movements. However, I discovered Culturelle probiotics, which surprisingly helped ease my symptoms within a few days.
