Improves sleep quality
This is a fantastic probiotic that I give to my 3.9-year-old daughter. Although she is non-verbal, I've noticed she’s experiencing less stomach pressure and anxiety. Her sleep has improved as well. When she suffers from abdominal pain, it disrupts her sleep, but this probiotic has made a difference. The sachets are very convenient to carry; you don’t need to take the whole package. However, the price is quite steep.
