Vegan alternative
Most glucosamine products are not vegan, and I was very happy to find this one. It’s Vegan! I love this brand and product. The pills are not too large, making them easy to swallow. They truly work for stiff joints. I feel more fluid in my movements, and my elbow pain has disappeared. It says to take three, but I take just 1-2 per day in the mornings, and it works effectively from day one. The effects normally last up to a week, even if I stop taking it. Great cruelty-free product that genuinely works. I recommend it.

Pain relief
It does the job for a more than reasonable price. I've used the product for roughly two weeks now and must say it has significantly helped with my joints. I have had little to no pain within just a few days of using it. The smell is unique, particularly theIndian Frankincense (Boswellia), which I initially thought I wasn't smelling. I was concerned this would turn out to be just a fluke product, but I now believe it has genuinely done its job.
