Absolutely fabulous! These vitamins are the best I’ve tried; they didn’t cause any heartburn. I’ve noticed my nails have strengthened, my hair loss has lessened, and my overall health feels excellent.

Comprehensive but has more ingredients than advertised; it may cause heartburn on an empty stomach. The whole label isn't pictured by the seller, which is misleading, as it contained betaine HCL upon receipt, not shown in the images. Typically, betaine HCL is unnecessary unless one has low stomach acid. Most individuals under 65 have sufficient stomach acidity to absorb iron and B12 without additional HCL. If someone with peptic ulcer disease took this without knowledge, it could be irritating. The seller should include the entire label for transparency. Despite this, the supplement is comprehensive and fairly priced. I experienced heartburn when taking it on an empty stomach, so I advise consuming it with food, especially a protein meal due to the betaine HCL.
