Please do not hesitate to take this. I study for my exams for over ten hours a day, and my neck and shoulder muscles have suffered tremendously. I spent more than 100,000 won weekly on treatments and muscle injections because of my pain. However, since I started this, I feel no pain! It’s unbelievable! After days of suffering, I can now work effectively without discomfort. This magnesium is both effective and affordable. I'm thrilled that I can incorporate it easily into my routine.

I have been taking this for years, and it has completely eliminated the leg cramps I used to get while sleeping. It took some practice to avoid them sticking in my throat, but it's manageable now. All Doctor's Best products I've tried have been high quality and fairly priced.

Comfortable bowel movements
Goodbye constipation! My bowel movements were only every 10 days, but magnesium and vitamin C have improved my life. I take 5 tablets at different times throughout the day. They are quite large, so moistening my throat first helps with swallowing, which I don’t mind as I’m used to the taste.

Highly recommend magnesium
Excellent magnesium at a reasonable price. The manufacturer has a longstanding reputation, ensuring quality. This product is in chelated form, aiding digestion. The dosage is acceptable, and the tablet is easy to swallow without getting stuck. I take one tablet nightly with Vitamin B12. My sleep is deep, and anxiety has dissipated. Definitely recommend!

Not ordering again
It is very hard to swallow, and I will never order this magnesium again. It has gotten stuck in my throat many times, causing me pain.

Leg cramps reduced
I think it's good! I started taking magnesium for leg cramps and eye twitching. I take one tablet three times a day and feel fantastic. The pills are large and can get stuck in my throat, but my mother, at 79, chews them up and has no issues with bowel movements.

Morning cramps alleviated
My legs are no longer cramping in the mornings! At my age, I've noticed some discomfort, including stiff legs. I had been apprehensive about mornings, but after a friend's suggestion to try magnesium, I experienced a remarkable improvement. Nonetheless, the tablets are large, so I advise taking them after a bath when your throat muscles are relaxed.
