It works slowly. I realised I was lacking magnesium and started taking this. The aim of completely curing my hives is that the itching gradually subsides. When my body warms up, red spots appear, but they disappear over time. I take 8 to 10 tablets without experiencing diarrhoea. The hives disappeared after a year, and now I'm on about 4 magnesium tablets daily.

Improved sleep, fewer hives
