The capsules are rather large, but I had no issues swallowing them. I suffered from dreadful leg cramps at night, and these resolved the problem. An excellent form of magnesium! I take magnesium regularly, alternating between glycinate, malate, and citrate, as they each work differently. I find that magnesium taurates help with relaxation and regulating blood sugar, while other forms assist with muscle pain, cognitive function, and sleep. It’s worth noting that magnesium is especially beneficial for fibromyalgia and can alleviate associated symptoms.
