I like this firm and often use their products because of the good shapes and low price. I tried this magnesium for the first time, and it tastes awful, similar to childhood throat lozenges. It might be better if mixed with something tasty, but dissolving it in water is quite unpleasant! Despite the taste, it’s effective: I take it at night, and it helps me sleep soundly until morning without waking up.

Economical but unpleasant

I chose this magnesium for relaxation after a working day and to help with night cramps in my calf muscles. The taste is dreadful, reminiscent of sore throat tablets from my childhood, perhaps like a mix of streptocide and rehydration solutions. The unpleasant taste can be quickly masked with water, making it tolerable. It's economical compared to tablets and absorbs more effectively.

Poor taste but functional
I picked this magnesium for relaxation after a busy day and to combat night cramps in my calves. Admittedly, the taste is quite bad, akin to sore throat lozenges from my youth, perhaps a blend of streptocide and rehydration powders. While it has a horrible taste and aftertaste, it can be masked with water, making it bearable. It proves to be more economical than tablets and absorbs faster.
