Excellent! I've been using it for 9 months now. As a man over 40 who drinks alcohol, I've noticed significant effects. My complexion has improved, and I’ve lost weight from 89 to 83 kilograms. The negative impacts of drinking have also shortened considerably. Overall, my condition has enhanced greatly. I take the capsules on an empty stomach, one hour before meals, and they are easy to swallow with no unpleasant effects. The benefits are evident. Cheers to health and good fortune! My husband claims he feels no effect, which is strange as I trust this brand. He works out at the gym and takes it before training, expecting it to help him sweat more, but it hasn’t worked out that way. We will try a different brand.

Helped with reflux
Alpha-lipoic acid has been beneficial for my GERD. I took 600 mg on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals. A neurologist recommended it for restless legs, but it didn’t alleviate that symptom for me. However, it significantly aids my reflux, which is puzzling as gastroenterologists don’t commonly prescribe it.
