Excellent! I've been using it for 9 months now. As a man over 40 who drinks alcohol, I've noticed significant effects. My complexion has improved, and I’ve lost weight from 89 to 83 kilograms. The negative impacts of drinking have also shortened considerably. Overall, my condition has enhanced greatly. My husband claims he feels no effect, which is strange as I trust this brand. He works out at the gym and takes it before training, expecting it to help him sweat more, but it hasn’t worked out that way. We will try a different brand.

Unfortunately, this dosage didn't suit me. I hoped it would affect my cholesterol, but after two days, I experienced severe stomach pains due to its acidity and had to stop taking it.
