Bromelain is my saviour; it keeps my throat clear and my stomach settled, allowing me to enjoy meals without choking or experiencing stomach issues. I take at least two pills daily and an extra one when dining out (which is uncommon). Thank you for your prompt shipping and for always being available if there's an issue.

Rhinitis relief

The effect is definite. However, due to oral allergies, I have a perennial allergy and severe rhinitis, so I began taking it alongside quercetin and nettle. About a week after starting, my rhinitis was notably alleviated. Unfortunately, the heavy sneezing continues and is painful. I have an oral allergy to bromelain, which irritates my throat, so I wrap it in a wafer and swallow it quickly with plenty of water before it dissolves. Despite experiencing a lot of tears lately, the effect seems limited so far, but I remain hopeful as I continue taking it.

Sore throat relief
I bought it for myself and take it regularly. Previously, I used picolinate, but I decided to try these lozenges this time and I'm delighted I did! They have a pleasant taste and soothe my throat as they dissolve. Unlike some zinc preparations that can cause nausea, I've had no such issues with these lozenges. I recommend taking them every two hours at the onset of a sore throat, as they really alleviate the discomfort.
