Unfortunately, this did not work for me. I purchased it as an alternative to acid reducers due to its excellent reviews regarding inflammation and acid reflux. While it was well packaged and arrived quickly, it had no effect on my reflux and seemed to worsen it. Although I believe in seeking alternatives to acid reducers, this product didn't yield any positive results for me.
