High recommendation
Excellent Supplement! One of the best B vitamin supplements I have found. I highly recommend everyone to try it. My energy levels started increasing after the third day of taking one capsule daily. Just manage the Niacin (B3) flush by taking it after a meal as advised. I certainly plan to purchase this again!

Works great for energy but be prepared to flush with these – it can feel intensely warm. It's essential to drink plenty of water and take them with aspirin for the best results.

Methylated Bs – great value! This product contains methylated Bs which are essential for me. I must be cautious with excessive niacin, and this provides a suitable amount without the niacin flush!
