I began taking this due to a frozen shoulder. After about a month of usage, while I'm not fully healed, I can now raise my arms to my ears, which is a notable improvement.

Complete disappointment. I bought it for my mother, 77 years old. The ingredients are good: glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM. We just started taking it, so it’s too early to discuss results. The brand is reputable, so I expected quality. However, after consuming the entire jar, there was absolutely no effect - a complete waste. It's unfortunate to lose money on this. Conversely, I purchased a Swiss product with glucosamine and chondroitin, and my mother felt immediate relief.
