Following menopause, I suffered from pain in my toes, fingers, and knees, which limited my mobility. After taking this supplement for about ten days, I noticed significantly less pain upon waking, which used to be the worst time. Bending and straightening my fingers has become much easier. While it’s not inexpensive, I would recommend it to anyone experiencing similar issues.
