At 47, I hoped for a rejuvenating effect from this product. Along with collagen and vitamins for women, I took this for two weeks and noticed less skin dryness on my soles and palms, with discomfort in my knees disappearing after intense workouts. However, I haven’t seen results on my face yet. I'm continuing with it, as I might need to complete the full course to see further improvements.
