Eyes feel better

The pill size is small and pleasant. I have been taking lutein for about two months as my eyes were sore. After watching the monitor for more than 30 minutes, the discomfort has been alleviated. I did suffer from a sore throat and mild illness, but now I am feeling fine again.

Quick relief experienced
I bought this during a snowstorm when I developed a sore throat that evening; it was quite painful. Looking back, I realise I've never felt unwell after taking it. It works wonderfully for me.

Effective for strain

I tried this capsule because it was relatively affordable compared to Nowou's lutein supplement. It's larger than Naux Foods' and sometimes feels stuck in my throat. However, I didn't notice a significant difference in efficacy. I'm uncertain about the cost-effectiveness, but I found it greatly alleviated shoulder stiffness stemming from eye strain caused by contact lenses and prolonged screen use. After a few weeks of taking it, my fatigue lessened. My husband, who also suffers from eye strain at work, might start taking it too.

The product failed to help me; it always left an odd aftertaste when swallowed, and I struggled with the feeling of the capsule being lodged in my throat, which discouraged me from continuing. After a month of trying to adjust, I discarded it. My eyesight showed no improvement either. I was hopeful that Dr's Best would do better, as my previous lutein supplement was rather expensive, but it’s clear to me that quality matters. Regrettably, I will return to my old supplement brand for lutein; after all, one only has one pair of eyes for a lifetime.
