Stopped flu infection

I began taking 1 capsule in the morning before breakfast. After noting no side effects, I increased it to 3 capsules. Over 10 days, I’ve seen: 1. no more morning tongue coating, meaning no foul breath; 2. improved bowel function, and my prior heaviness has gone; 3. my facial skin has improved after a brief flare-up; 4. during the influenza outbreak, I stayed healthy, which is uncommon for me as I tend to catch viral infections quickly. It’s a fantastic supplement! I recommend it!

I run regularly and have a troublesome knee. This significantly lessens the pain on my running days. I initially bought it as a precaution against clots during work travel. Notably, it also seems to support my immune system. I took this when I felt as though I was coming down with something, especially with flu-like symptoms, and it alleviated most of my GI upset within an hour. I awoke feeling 95% better the next day.

Pretty good! I believe this product helped me avoid the flu that struck those in my household. It also made my periods easier. I took one pill every morning for almost three weeks, but when I increased my dose to two pills, I experienced headaches and dry eyes, so I returned to taking one pill.
