BAD!!! After just one cap, I experienced severe dryness in my mouth and insomnia at night! I am normally a completely healthy person with no ailments and typically sleep soundly! I discarded the bottle immediately. I am perplexed as to why no one addressed the side effects of MsM. I urge everyone to read the EarthClinic site before trying this natural supplement, where numerous users have reported even harsher side effects. Just wanted to share this with everyone. I ordered this product for a friend dealing with menopause, insomnia, hot flashes, and related side effects. She has noticed an improvement, although her hot flashes haven't entirely vanished, causing her to wake up at night, though less frequently and intensely. Her joints are more mobile, and her bones hurt less. Additionally, her skin has improved significantly, and overall, she is pleased with the product. She could certainly articulate the effects of MSM better... I've done my best to convey her experience.

I have been using it for over two weeks, and I can already see an improvement in my eyebrow growth. I think it will take a bit longer to see the full benefits, but it has caused me insomnia and incredibly vivid dreams.
