Excellent! I occasionally drink this, and it is very beneficial for my immunity and joints, particularly during menopause. It makes me feel better, especially in spring when my knees hurt. I also take vitamin D and glucosamine chondroitin. My skin tone has improved, and hair loss has diminished. I've yet to notice any side effects.
