A very good quality product. I have taken MSM before, and this is high quality. I only take one pill a day with lunch, which suffices. This has restored colour to my face and reduced my rosacea to barely noticeable levels.

When combined with vitamin C, MSM acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory. It's excellent for injuries, as well as treating rosacea.

The effect is somewhat slower compared to the Jarrows product, but it does work as I notice less cracking noise from my knee. My rosacea has also improved, and I experience only minimal runny nose.
