After recovering from COVID, I struggled with persistent coughing. Fortunately, after just three days of taking serrapeptase, my cough completely resolved. I took the enzyme before breakfast with plenty of water daily. The results were consistent: by day two, my symptoms improved, and by day three, the cough had vanished. Use with caution! It had an effective effect on my body: slight joint inflammation dissipated, and flexibility improved. The amount of mucus in my throat lessened. However, when I increased my dose to two capsules three times a day, I occasionally experienced slight nosebleeds, which did not affect my overall well-being. I reduced the dose to one capsule twice daily, and the bleeding ceased; I feel fine.

Effective gargling solution
Excellent! I use it in combination with other enzymes. For gargling with a sore throat, I open a capsule, pour the powder into a glass with a little water, gargle in a couple of sips, and wait 30 minutes before consuming anything.

My digestion has improved significantly since I began taking serrapeptase, the best remedy for mucus build-up in the body. It helps clear mucus from the lungs, nose, throat, and digestive system. This enzyme aids in relieving discomfort from pancreatitis and enhances stomach function, leaving me feeling lighter. After an initial period of use, I can confidently say this is invaluable for managing stomach and pancreatic issues. My mother has also benefited, finding relief from heartburn and indigestion. Though her hypertension remains unchanged, she notices less appetite when combined with omega-3 and vitamin D3. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I highly recommend this product.
