I have used Dr's Best Serrapeptase for many years. After sustaining a head injury at work, I experienced persistent headaches and tremors in my left hand. After taking serrapeptase for two years, my tremors vanished. I had traces of blood in my brain and was under a neurologist's supervision at the time.
