Perfectly helps with cough and obstructive bronchitis and sinusitis. An excellent proteolytic enzyme at a good price. I take it on an empty stomach, one capsule 90 minutes before breakfast, and it cleanses the digestive tract, reducing swelling and inflammation. It helps quickly alleviate cough and bronchitis during winter. Serrapeptase normalises breathing functions and relieves sinusitis symptoms and nasal congestion. Always in my first aid kit.

Since taking Serrapeptase, I rarely get the flu, and when I do, it’s much less intense and resolves quickly. Additionally, I’ve noticed a decrease in lower back pain.

Blockage relief
So far, it's excellent for blocked tubes. I initially experienced pain and diarrhoea, but after a week, symptoms subsided. I continue to take it, having reduced the dose to one pill before breakfast with plenty of fluids.
