Serrapeptase is truly a superfood for me! Dealing with hypothyroidism and increased sugar led to edemas. However, after starting serrapeptase, my condition improved significantly, and the edema disappeared. At 62 years old, I find the capsule size very convenient. It is advisable to take two capsules each morning on an empty stomach, but I manage well with just one and still benefit from it. I've been taking it for a year now and will continue. The taste is neutral as the ingredients are encapsulated. I highly recommend it for anyone suffering with edema.

I believe this is effective in improving circulation and eliminating waste. After two months of taking it, I've noticed my menstrual irregularities improving. For the past two years, I’ve been dealing with hypothyroidism and irregular periods, feeling some discomfort. Despite trying hormones and herbal treatments, I suffered from edema. Since starting serrapeptase, my cycle has become regular and my menstrual blood appears bright. Consequently, I feel better overall. Although not dramatically, I've noted slight improvements in my sinusitis, as well as a sense of refreshment in my stomach and intestines.
