Tired of feeling BLOATED after a protein shake? You're in luck. I am mildly lactose intolerant, and regular whey proteins give me terrible bloating throughout the day. It's quite uncomfortable and takes ages to relieve. In contrast, this whey protein has solved my issues! It can be pricier, yet it’s cheaper than many plant-based alternatives. Its worth lies in the decreased lactose levels. I wish they offered larger sizes of the plain iso100. Although the taste is good, it's a tad sweet, which may not suit serious athletes.

No more upset stomach. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it. This product is relatively clean with few unnecessary ingredients. Although I’m not enamoured with all the flavours, the Cocoa Pebbles and Fudge Brownie are quite nice. My favourite aspect is that it doesn’t make me feel bloated or gassy throughout the day like other concentrates. I can’t tolerate protein concentrates anymore. I drink several of these daily, and I’m perfectly fine—no gas or bloating at all. For those like me who are lactose intolerant, this reduces an upset stomach to a 1/10 or at most a 2/10. That makes the price worth it, along with some fantastic flavours.

Bloating resolved

This is my "go-to" protein. Over the years, I’ve tried different whey protein powders and dealt with varying levels of stomach pain and bloating. I believe I have a mild intolerance, as I can eat other foods without issues. I was glad to find this hydrolyzed version of Dymatize. There’s no discomfort, and the chocolate flavour is really enjoyable. I can’t say I’ve noticed a difference in my lifting performance compared to regular whey powder, but I certainly haven’t experienced any reductions in performance.

Cocoa pebbles misleading

This protein powder is great—no bloating or gassiness! However, the cocoa pebbles flavour doesn’t match its name; I regrettably bought a large 5 lb container without trying it first. Next, I’ll try gourmet chocolate, which has received great reviews.

No bloating issue
My go-to! I've been using this iso for a while now; the taste is fantastic, it doesn’t make me feel bloated, and it’s suitable for me as I’m lactose intolerant.
