A third of the packets were rock hard, wouldn't dissolve in liquid and couldn't be consumed. Not sure how that could have happened, but I won't order from the same supplier again

Best way to prevent getting sick !!

These are the best !! I feel the littlest cough , sore throat ,or body aches , take this before bed and in the AM , and BOOM !! By the next day I feel better and not sick at all ! Or if I do somehow get sick suddenly and take this the effects are lessened by soooo much To cutting my colds to 2 days instead of a week . These are a must buy to keep your immune system up and fighting back
