Sugar overload issue
Typically not allergic, I experienced a reaction to these gummies rich in annatto. Despite being natural, they caused hives and gastrointestinal issues, unlike vitamin C, which I can tolerate. Additionally, the gummies are sugary—three are required for a 750mg dose, adding up to 7g of sugar. I developed hives and diarrhoea mere hours after ingesting them, indicating they were the culprit.
