Possible herx reaction
I'm uncertain due to only using it for 2 days. I felt extremely tired after the first dose, which was pleasant for my insomnia, but I woke with a headache. After taking a total of four doses, I experienced ongoing fatigue, headaches, and body aches. While I plan to continue using it, I shall reduce the dosage to see if I feel better, as I've read that Cats Claw may cause such reactions.
