Honestly, this is the best product I've taken from Iherb—without exaggeration. It improves the digestive process, alleviates constipation, and reduces the feeling of bloating after meals. The taste and smell are very agreeable. I recommend taking one pill alone after or during your meal, as the higher concentration can be slightly harsh on the stomach.

Excellent! We purchased it for the first time. It is a 750mg dose, taken once daily after a large meal in contrast to the 450mg, which is taken twice daily. It’s fantastic after meals, particularly in addressing bloating and aiding digestion. The quality and quantity are excellent, providing countless benefits. I liked it and would recommend it.

I ordered for myself and my mother. Previously, she consumed vinegar in liquid form, but I believe this vitamin form will be more beneficial for her stomach. After just a week, I already feel better; there's no longer a bloated feeling post-meal as usual. I hope to possibly lose some weight as others mentioned in reviews. Though the tablets are a bit large, I don't have any issues with that. They do have a strong vinegar smell, but I trust this company as I regularly take many vitamins from this brand. I am currently satisfied.

Effective for digestion

This product works well for me. Moderate consumption of apple cider vinegar benefits my digestion. These pills, which have a slight sour smell but are tasteless, have helped eliminate heartburn and bloating over a couple of weeks of use. I recommend it for those struggling with excess weight as well.
Bloating is a common gastrointestinal condition characterized by a sensation of fullness, tightness, or swelling in the abdomen. It often occurs after eating and can be accompanied by visible distension of the belly. This discomfort may be caused by various factors, including excessive gas production, food intolerances, overeating, or certain medical conditions affecting the digestive system. Many people experience bloating occasionally, but when it becomes chronic, it can significantly impact one's quality of life.
Managing bloating typically involves dietary adjustments, such as identifying and avoiding trigger foods, eating smaller meals, and incorporating more fiber into your diet. Staying hydrated and engaging in regular physical activity can also help alleviate symptoms. If bloating is persistent or accompanied by other troubling symptoms like severe pain or changes in bowel habits, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and guidance.
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a type of vinegar made from fermented apple juice. It typically begins with crushed apples being exposed to yeast, which ferments the sugars into alcohol. This process is followed by the addition of bacteria to further ferment the alcohol into acetic acid, the primary component that gives vinegar its distinct sour flavor and strong aroma. ACV can be used as a culinary ingredient, a preservative, or a health tonic, and it has gained popularity in recent years due to its purported health benefits, including aiding digestion, balancing blood sugar levels, and promoting weight loss.
In the kitchen, apple cider vinegar is a versatile ingredient. It can be used in salad dressings, marinades, and sauces, adding a tangy flavor that brightens dishes. Beyond cooking, many people incorporate ACV into their wellness routines, often by diluting it in water and consuming it as a drink. While many anecdotal claims surround its health effects, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional before using ACV for medicinal purposes, especially in large amounts, as it is highly acidic and may have side effects or interact with certain medications. Overall, whether you're using it in the kitchen or for wellness, apple cider vinegar is a popular staple with a rich history.
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has gained popularity as a natural remedy for a variety of digestive issues, including bloating. The acetic acid present in ACV is believed to promote better digestion by increasing stomach acidity, which can aid in the breakdown of food. Some users find that taking ACV diluted in water before meals can help alleviate feelings of fullness and discomfort. However, it’s essential to note that scientific research specifically addressing ACV’s effectiveness for bloating is limited and often anecdotal, so results may vary from person to person.
While many people report positive experiences with using ACV, it’s crucial to approach it with caution. Consuming it in excessive amounts can lead to side effects such as throat irritation or digestive discomfort due to its acidity. If you're considering using apple cider vinegar for bloating, start with a small dose, such as one to two teaspoons diluted in a glass of water, and monitor your body’s response. Ultimately, if bloating is a persistent issue, consulting with a healthcare professional is advisable to ensure that there are no underlying health concerns that need to be addressed.

I have been taking it for two months now, and everything is going superbly. If you adhere to proper nutrition, I believe you can lose weight, even if I sometimes indulge. My stool has stabilised, and bloating after meals—something I experienced almost daily—has disappeared. I take one capsule daily after breakfast. Although I found it by accident and wasn't prescribed it due to the lack of a gallbladder, it wonderfully aids digestion. I’ve researched all the pros and cons!
