Excellent antihistamine benefits! I had been exploring natural alternatives to manage my food sensitivities and seasonal allergies. Before using stinging nettle, I had red, itchy hives on my palms and blotches on my neck and chest. Within 15 minutes of having this tea, I noticed immediate results, and after a few days, my issues disappeared. The ingredients are of high quality, providing obvious benefits and excellent value. I prefer my tea strong, and the taste is pleasant. I will definitely order a larger bag next time.
