Improved immunity
It has a rather unpleasant smell, reminiscent of a public toilet, when I carry it in a thermos. However, I add lemon ginger herbs to it, and it tastes delightful. Since I began consuming this, my immunity has significantly improved. Perhaps due to menopause, I unfortunately contracted coronavirus, flu, and persistent colds, leaving me unwell for six months. I became increasingly annoyed with my persistent cough and general malaise. This prompted me to start drinking this herbal mix. I haven't caught a cold since! Although I was advised to take a break, this herb was my initial saviour, so I remain grateful and attached to it.

Flu symptom relief

This is my first experience with Echinacea. Dr. Berg advocates its strong effectiveness against colds. When I had flu, I felt significantly better with it compared to not using it. The fresh, slightly sweet aroma is appealing, lacking any powdered sweetness, and has an authentic taste. I plan to incorporate it into my daily routine.

Echinacea's effectiveness against colds and flu is disputed. Despite this, I've taken this supplement daily for twenty-six years since my heart bypass surgery, and I haven’t had a cold in that time. Occasionally, I feel cold symptoms, but they vanish within twenty-four hours. I'm unsure if Echinacea is the reason, yet it's so affordable that I continue to include it in my daily routine.
