Helps clear brain fog. I have had hypothyroidism for years and was on Synthroid but started feeling symptoms after a major surgery. Despite my TSH levels being in range, I switched to Armour thyroid. I experienced severe brain fog, which made it difficult to remember things. After researching, I tried Gaia Herbs Adrenal Health and felt results within a week, regaining my focus and memory.
