Following a recommended dosage of 2 per day, I feel much more relaxed. I can manage my thumping heartbeat episodes calmly without panic. Great for hormonally induced anxiety attacks. After suffering from nightly anxiety attacks due to menopause, I began taking this product. It made a significant difference. I initially took four capsules a day but later reduced my dosage to two, which eliminated my need for afternoon naps. I’ve had to adjust my dosage occasionally, but overall, it has worked well for me.
