Black Elderberry is one of the few supplements I always keep stocked for the whole family in various forms. It is known as a natural immunity activator. Its preparations are excellent for combating viruses and influenza, easing the disease's progression. Effective! I bought this to try at the first sign of flu, and it works—just one capsule keeps it at bay. I also purchased a box for a friend struggling with flu and cough, and it helped. I buy other elderberry brands from iHerb, and they are effective too.
