Relieved dizziness
I took this for sinusitis as I had heard it was effective. After drinking it in the morning and evening for three days, I suddenly experienced dizziness and fell asleep for a day. This appears to be due to die-off, which subsided after I took activated carbon. If I consume it before bed, I can sleep without a stuffy nose.
