Excellent! This is a great complex with good digestibility. To manage my mother's lifelong anaemia, she would drink a course of B vitamins. She often experienced substantial blood loss due to uterine fibroids, leading to haemoglobin levels below 70, along with light-headedness and drowsiness. Following the vitamin course, her dizziness disappeared, and her haemoglobin rose to 100. Another pleasant bonus is that her hair no longer falls out due to anaemia. We sought to understand the impact of severe vitamin D deficiency on benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), a common cause of dizziness. Previous studies showed a connection between low vitamin D levels and both the onset and recurrence of BPPV, but none had conclusively demonstrated that addressing this deficiency could lessen the recurrence of symptoms.
To examine this further, we included patients diagnosed with unilateral, idiopathic posterior canal BPPV and severe vitamin D deficiency, indicated by levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 at or below 10 ng/ml. After thorough evaluations including hearing tests and balance assessments, we prescribed vitamin D therapy to our participants.
Over the following months, we monitored the changes in their vitamin D levels and followed up with them for 18 months to observe any recurrence of dizziness. Our findings revealed that patients who showed an improvement in their vitamin D levels experienced a significant reduction in the recurrence of BPPV symptoms.
This suggests that by addressing vitamin D deficiency, we can potentially offer a more effective approach to managing BPPV—lessening those troublesome dizzy spells that can really impact quality of life.

A good product. I acquired it as an antioxidant, and it really adds energy. While taking other supplements, my chronic fatigue vanished when I started this alpha-lipoic acid and natural vitamin E. Frequent dizziness and numbness in my hands also disappeared. Initially, I experienced slight malaise and nausea for two to three days as my body detoxified, so drinking enough water (at least 1.5-2 litres daily) is essential. I hope my review helps. Of course, I recommend this spirulina algae! I discovered it about eight years ago when I was planning to conceive. Since then, I've been taking it in cycles. I suggest taking it three times daily, regardless of meals (I've not experienced any stomach issues). A month on, a month off, repeated in spring and autumn is sufficient. The benefits: I feel better, my dizziness has stopped, and my complexion has improved considerably. After completing the course, it’s as though I feel ten years younger. I’ll continue to use it and recommend it to you. Sometimes I switch brands.

It’s highly recommended! I used to take chlorophyll, but since it was often unavailable, I tried spirulina and fell in love.
