Combination treatment reduces anxiety
We conducted a study to explore the effects of a combined treatment involving magnesium, Rhodiola, vitamins B6, B9, B12, green tea, and L-theanine on anxiety in chronically stressed individuals. The trial was randomized, controlled, and single-blinded, which helps ensure the reliability of our findings.

Our focus was on how this treatment influenced brain responses to stress and thermal pain, as well as quality-of-life factors such as anxiety, depression, and sleep. Participants received either the treatment or a placebo for 28 days.

Over the course of the study, we observed significant improvements in anxiety levels among those taking the magnesium-Rhodiola combination. The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-42) scores declined, indicating that participants felt less stressed and anxious after the treatment.

Although rhodiola was included in the treatment mix, it's important to note that isolating its specific impact on anxiety isn't straightforward due to the combination with other compounds. Overall, the findings suggest that this treatment could offer promising benefits for stress relief and anxiety management.

I now wake up without bitterness and handle work-related stresses much better. The supplement may not give me marathon energy, but it helps ease my anxiety and allows me to focus on healthier choices. Highly recommend giving Rhodiola Rosea a try!

A must for anxiety and focusing! After two years on Rhodiola Rosea, my anxiety attacks have nearly vanished, and I can concentrate much better. Initially, I experienced headaches, so it's best to ease into it. A periodic break is needed, but when stress builds, I return to it for relief. Highly recommend for anxiety and high stress.

Virtually anxiety free

Works brilliantly for depression and anxiety. I have struggled with both for most of my adult life. After starting Gaia Rhodiola Rosea and Theanine, I now feel virtually free from depression and anxiety! It took some experimentation with the dosage, ultimately settling on one Rhodiola Rosea capsule in the morning and another in the afternoon on an empty stomach, along with 100 mg of L-theanine. It took about a week or two to experience full relief. While these supplements have made a significant difference, I also engage in yoga, exercise, laughter, and other enjoyable activities.

Relieved anxiety symptoms

Excellent product! I found this brand of liquid tablets to be the most effective. This supplement significantly assisted me while ceasing prescription Wellbutrin for anxiety and depression. The side effects were terrible, and I sought an alternative quickly before resorting back to Wellbutrin. Thankfully, it has helped me; I now take Rhodiola once daily in the morning without the resurgence of my anxiety or depression. It truly makes me feel like my normal self.

Requires course

It genuinely helps, but it needs to be taken in cycles. Anxiety, suspicion, and tearfulness diminish, leaving heavy thoughts less frequent. Unlike other products, it doesn’t cause drowsiness or impair focus. Instead, it promotes a cheerful and balanced state. However, the effect fades about a month after stopping, necessitating repeated courses.

Relaxing effect
Very good, though lacking the salidroside effect. This brand relaxes me and eases anxiety but doesn’t provide the energetic effect of salidroside. They should consider making a 3:1 extract but currently only provide Rosavins.
