Works wonders for depression and anxiety. Having endured depression and anxiety throughout much of my adult life, I began taking Gaia Rhodiola Rosea alongside Theanine. Now, I feel virtually free from both conditions! It took a week or two to experience full alleviation of symptoms after experimenting with the dosage. I take one Rhodiola Rosea capsule in the morning and another in the afternoon on an empty stomach, plus 100 mg of L-theanine. While these supplements made a significant difference, I also engage in activities like yoga, exercise, laughter, and spiritual pursuits to enhance my happiness.

The effects from this Rhodiola were not as potent as with other brands. I primarily take Rhodiola for depression and fatigue but did not notice a significant boost in energy or mood improvement with this product.

This supplement helps with my depression. I've switched from another Rhodiola brand to this one, which I find appealing due to the liquid-filled capsules. I've always noticed a worsening of my depression when I stop taking Rhodiola. While it suggests taking two capsules a day, I prefer one due to both cost and an aversion to many pills. One appears effective, though two may be better; I often forget the second dose.
