Now I remember how I used to feel
I have been feeling burned out for years. I had a child at 43, and in spite of being in shape and exercising regularly, eating well and not abusing my body, the stress of taking care of a child and working full time has taken a toll on my ability to handle stress. I was not aware that this was something I could fix; no one really tells you how to do that, beyond the obvious "eat well, get enough sleep, drink water, exercise, etc." I would wake up in the morning and often just want to go back to sleep, and when I did get up, rarely did I have energy. At 57, I thought "this is it, this is what it feels like to be old." Which is pretty depressing. After doing a lot of research, I read about the symptoms of thyroid and adrenal disfunction, and I had most of the symptoms. My eyebrows were practically non-existent, and my hair has been thinning for years on top of my head. Recently this has been getting worse, and my energy level has dropped significantly, which is not good because it was bad enough to begin with. I have aches and pains and just walking up the stairs makes me feel like I want to lay down and take a nap once I reach the top. I have low blood pressure, and standing quickly made me dizzy and faint. I started taking Thyroid Support this past week, along with the Adrenal Support, and I feel so, so, SO much better. I sleep better (though I do take Seriphos for sleep, which was helping for that before I started taking this and the Adrenal Support, but I've had issues with sleep for years anyway), and I think the combination of all of these supplements are the answer to my prayers. I have so much more energy, I feel happy and calm inside, I can walk up stairs and not feel like I'm a hundred years old. I can't tell you how great it is to have found the answer to so many physical problems. Highly, highly recommended
